GML MEDUSA 1080 IP is designed for high-output concert touring and festival stages, housed in a robust IP65-rated weatherproof chassis. The primary light engine utilizes 10 × 80W RGBW 4-in-1 LEDs with individual head pixel control. An auxiliary dual-temperature linear strip features 360 golden warm white and 360 cool white LEDs. The fixture offers a 50,000-hour emitter life expectancy with adjustable color temperature from 2700K to 8000K.
Optical System and Tilt Kinematics
The motorized zoom ranges from 5.7° (Spot) to 36.3° (Flood). At spot zoom, it provides a 5.7° beam angle, 9° field angle, and 9.9° cutoff angle. At flood zoom, beam angle reaches 26.8°, field angle spans 33.9°, and cutoff angle is 36.3°. Motorized Tilt movement delivers 200° rotation with mechanical range presets of 60°, 180°, or 200°.
Control and Rigging Connections
Supported control protocols include DMX512, RDM, and optional Art-Net across 29, 56, 144, 216, 262, or 282 channels. Power routing utilizes rugged Seetronic True1 PowerCON (IN/OUT) connectors, while data connects via 3-pin or 5-pin DMX. Rigging supports vertical and horizontal truss orientation with two Omega brackets.
