GML LASER BAR

GML LASER BAR
Advanced Multi-Beam Kinetic Laser Architecture
The GML LASER BAR is an advanced motorized linear spatial laser fixture engineered to generate sweeping aerial sheets, razor-sharp fans, tunnels, and complex architectural beam geometries across festival stages, touring arenas, and high-energy nightclubs.
Optical Engine and Diode Configuration
The fixture houses a precision array of 6 full-color RGB laser modules. The standard model delivers a combined output of 3W (6 × 0.5W RGB), yielding rich saturated primaries and smooth white blending. For high-output arena requirements, factory upgrades are available in 6 × 1W (6W RGB total) and 6 × 2W (12W RGB total), alongside a specialized Red 6 × 0.5W version.
Engineered with collimated thick-beam optics ("fat beam"), the output maintains exceptional optical density and punch through theatrical atmospheric haze over substantial throw distances. High-frequency TTL modulation ensures flicker-free operation and lightning-fast color strobing.
Multi-Axis Pan / Tilt Kinematics
A signature engineering attribute of the GML LASER BAR is its articulated motion design. In addition to unified carriage travel, each of the 6 laser heads is equipped with an independent motorized Tilt stepper motor. This architecture unlocks dynamic multi-plane formations ranging from synchronized wave sweeps and cross-fire scissors to asynchronous multi-angle lattice grids.
Control Protocols and DMX Channel Profiles
Direct console programming is supported over DMX-512 with 14CH, 24CH, and 35CH profiles. In the full 35-channel mode, lighting designers gain granular per-pixel RGB modulation for each laser beam combined with individual tilt axis trim and speed control. Automated macro suites and Sound Active triggers facilitate seamless standalone deployment.
Tour-Ready Construction
Built into an extruded aluminum alloy housing with steel-reinforced pivot brackets, the fixture withstands demanding touring environments. A forced-air fan cooling system maintains stable diode junction temperatures for uninterrupted operation. Tour-standard PowerCON in/out daisy-chaining and 3-pin XLR DMX ports provide effortless field interconnectivity.
Specifications
Linear CMY + CTO Color System
Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow dichroic filters adjust color balance across the full visible spectrum. The linear CTO filter corrects color temperature for studio broadcast and camera recording.
